One App, Two Sides
Sphere of Six
Structuring a trust marketplace's MVP around which side of the network had to come first, and cutting the design cycle in half with AI without cutting rigor.

I'm Pedro. Senior product designer and product manager. I take products end to end, then into the strategy and business calls that actually ship them. Design systems, 0-to-1, and AI built into how I work since 2024.
Three shipped products, the calls I made, and what I'd do differently.

Built for Experts
Designing the entry point for an OT security platform, where density read as more credible than a quiet dashboard.

Three Weeks to Proof
Validating an adventure-sharing platform's MVP in three weeks, running product and design end to end.

Hi, I'm Pedro — a product designer and manager passionate about crafting meaningful, impactful digital experiences. Placeholder copy for now; swap in your own story here.

Leading product decisions backed by real numbers.
Led and mentored a team of 10 designers across multiple enterprise accounts, cutting discovery time by 60% for a major client engagement.
Cut half of an MVP's scope as Sphere of Six's first product hire, using direct user validation to bring development cost down 30 to 40%.
Compressed a 10-week design cycle to 4 weeks by rebuilding discovery and prototyping around AI tools, protecting runway for a pre-revenue startup.
Localized a payment experience for Brazilian users, cutting billing support tickets by 38% and growing site usage by 24%.
Nine years across B2B and B2C taught me a process is only as good as what it cuts, not what it adds.
Before I open a design tool, I want the one constraint that will actually break the build: time, trust, or technical debt. That's what shapes the design, not the other way around.
I've used AI since 2024 to go from a rough idea straight to a clickable, realistic prototype. Skipping static wireframes means trade-offs show up while they're still cheap to fix.
Every scope cut has a cost. I'd rather say what we're giving up upfront than let someone find out the hard way later.
I'm open to senior product design and PM-track roles, and to conversations before there's a job description.
